Super Recirculating Jet Mixer

The Super Recirculating Jet Mixer (SRJM) is a continuous high speed grout mixer for use with proprietary high strength construction and back-filler grouts. The family of SRJMs are used for projects requiring large volumes of grout with a specific gravity (SG) up to 2.25.

FoundOcean’s SRJM mixer produces grout in a continuous process. This is achieved by recirculating the grout around a loop through a mixing pump, jet and mixing tank. Cement and water are added at a controlled rate and the mixed grout is continuously removed to a holding tank from which it is pumped to the structure. The quality of the grout is constantly monitored by means of a densitometer.

The surge tank unit is fitted on top of the mixer and is continuously filled from a pressurised cement storage tank. An adjustable rotary feeder supplies cement to the mixing system at an adjustable rate. Other accessories include dust control unit and all relevant control panels. All of the equipment is mounted in an offshore lifting frame and is fitted with a certified sling set.
