High-Output Recirculating Jet Mixer

The High-Output Recirculating Jet Mixer (HRJM) is a continuous high-speed grout mixer. It produces a constant supply of grout in the mixing chamber, which is then transferred and maintained in the holding tank. The slurry is then passed to the grout pumps at the required rate.

 

The HRJM uses a density meter to constantly monitor the density of the slurry being produced. It is able to accurately produce grouts with densities up to 2,300 kgm-3. The output of the mixer varies depending on the grout slurry being produced and ranges from 25m3 per hour when mixing construction grouts up to 80m3 per hour when mixing low strength OPC grouts.
