Following successful completion of rigorous on-shore trials of its proposed solution, FoundOcean as been awarded the grouting, grout procurement and deliveries subcontract for the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm by Seaway Heavy Lifting, the EPCI contractor appointed by Beatrice Offshore Wind Limited.
This summer, FoundOcean, and its key strategic partner BASF, will commence the supply of approximately 12,300 tonnes of MasterFlow 9800. This material will start its journey at a BASF production facility in Germany, and end in securing the 86 jacket foundations of the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm off the North East coast of Scotland.
FoundOcean is expected to be working on the project well into 2018.
