Projects completed in September 2010
FoundOcean cement silos onboard Rambiz for the Ormonde Offshore Windfarm project
FoundOcean, the subsea and offshore grouting specialist for the global energy construction industries, successfully completed grouting for two projects during September.
Ten more jackets for the Ormonde Offshore Windfarm have been secured to the seabed by FoundOcean, totalling 20 of 31, taking a total of 76 days to date. Poor weather conditions in the Irish Sea delayed placing and grouting the jackets but all involved are determined to complete the project before winter.
FoundOcean also completed a flooded member detection (FMD) project at the Auk platform in the North Sea, inspecting a total of 303 members.
