Third Generation Grout Monitoring Equipment

The latest in FoundOcean’s subsea remote density monitoring systems has competed its trial period and excelled in its results. The system is used to monitor the density of cementicious grout used offshore for pile grouting and provides the client with quality assurance of the in place material. Whilst minimising the overflow of grout to the environment.

The new mark III system has been simplified and made more robust. Incorporating technology from FoundOcean’s FMD  detector has resulted in a reliable system that importantly can be used with the latest fibre optic umbilical’s.  The  results surpassed our expectations and promises to provide a stable fast system when time is critical.
